Ethereum Side Chains

Roxanne Jones: Even if markets prefer to have side chains where sometimes the money is stolen, then that just means that that's a good thing. She says it would actually reduce almost all of the nastiness that I think everyone is familiar with. And not sort of user activated soft fork away from that, that would be a good idea she said.
