In terms of thinking about student presentations, my experience as a student's office is coming, okay, I've got to just figure out the way to get this content out. They often don't think about the fact that there's an audience out there. What does the audience need in order to kind of maintain their attention throughout this presentation. Teachers have to sort of gradually learn to do as well right? There can be positive things at the beginning but it doesn't seem to show up for long term learning. Mindfulness practice really has only that kind of impact when you commit to doing it like 15 or 20 minutes every day.
