Camp NaNoWriMo happens in July and it's free to sign up now. It has a goal and a deadline approach, but it's not about writing a novel necessarily unless you want to write a novel. You can set your word count goal for 10 words or 10,000 words or I don't know maybe 10 million words. Goal and deadline is Creative midwife keep writing during the summer great time to even use this time of July to plan your NaNo WriMo novel.
