Gen Z and the Doom-or-Ism Crisis

i think there has to be a generational realization that doom-or-ism literally does not solve anything. We've effectively run a 10 15 year post 2008 kind of crisis experiment and whether that's an effective means of enacting change so i would say this just to defend them a little bit because i've tutored and i've talked with gen Z but they don't believe in anything like a they know that b we know that alreadyso what are we going to do about it?
