I think we often don't tune into what our bodies are telling us, but they are constantly communicating to us if we would only listen to them. I mean, you could even like set a timer or something every couple hours just as a little reminder to yourself. And noticing how your body feels and then contrast that to how your body felt at other points during the day. It's really interesting research on that in regards to mindfulness in particular.
