The Changes in Conferences
I've been going to conferences for 20 years, and i've seen so many changes in that time. I don't think that the people who used to feel excluded, who now feel welcome, it's a one way thing. It's not a problem to make things better for more people, you know. Am, and yes, some things are really expensive, right? Am, captionings, very expensive. Covering speaker travels very expensive. But if you don't do them, then your speakers and your ttendees are a different set of folks than who you would otherwise get. Abouuh said he was surprised at how much his conference has grown over the past few years
