Keeping the Muscles On

When you start having pain, it tends to inhibit muscle. So the first thing you want to do is those muscles on. Putting in like a jell heel cup or something just to to cu in can be helpful. There is also evidence for early use of things like heel cups and like soft orthodic early on. Not long term, long term, no difference - but short term for pain relief.
