The Government Charges Tischera With Unauthorized Retention and Transmission of Classified Information
Tischera is charged with violation of the Espionage Act. He was suspended from school because he had threatened, you know, to bring a gun to school or talked about bringing weapons or explosives to school. A close friend of Tischera's said that he had confided in high school about shooting up his high school and conducting a mass shooting.
