The King Dynasty of China - The Most Perfect State Imaginable
Ching dynasty had been one of china's greatest and most flourishing dynast dynasties. But by the middle of the nineteenth century, a whole variety of different factors were causing it to fall apart. For instance, the british were bringing opium into the country which was breaking down social norms. Internally, the country simply wasn't bringing enough taxes to keep the number of army, armed forces and bureaucrats together. So essentially were talking about a great empire that was slowly collapsing from within and being pushed from outside. In this situation, there was the right possibility of social turmoil.
