The EU and the US Decision on the Microsoft Acquisition of Microsoft

I feel very happy when I see regulators stomp on big tech companies. A lot of companies get away with a lot of stuff, and maybe they even feel that they are unassailable because of their size or nimbleness. So I'm just happy that Google is getting a reminder that it has to play in a real world governed by laws and regulations. It could be that slightly ironically or counterintuitively, a bit of a stumble in the US could end up in Microsoft's favour there. But who knows how this is going to turn out, especially when lawyers are involved? And I think it's time for Lee to dive into some nibblers. No problem.
