Mental Health Strategies That Work
I've got a long way to go in terms of mental health strategies that work and don't work, he says. Getting good at yoga isn't going to move the dial on your emotional well-being or mental health right now but there are things you can do that will have a much larger impact. And I think if humanity starts to regulate its emotional state to a much higher degree, then that will be a huge leap forward for all of us. So again, a silver lining. That's really us waking up to what matters to us.
