The Importance of Diversifying Uncorrelated Investments
I sometimes think that it would take a Japanese style stock market, perhaps, to really get some people to say we have to change. I don't know if it'll take a Japanese type of downturn, but some sort of a shock in the system. People try to overthink the environmental factors for trend following and then they try to time them. By the time you get to high volatility environment, you know, or it doesn't work because, oh, you have too much intervention.
