Do You Have a Right to Harass?

Trolls are like conspiracy to deprive somebody else of their free speech. Some people have more power, yet they shew that they're not responsible for the actions of this mob. That's a really dangerous amount of power that these individuals have. If you want to maximize conversation and free exchange in the market place, all that kind of stuff needs to be moderation so that it doesn't go too far.
