Carlisle's Brooklyn Apartment Building Strategy
Carlisle is one of the oldest private equity firms. It was founded in the late 80s during the peak of the leveraged buyout boom. The firm has done a number of very large deals for apartment buildings around the country. They've specifically targeted this huge asset class in New York City which is unregulated tax-advantaged apartments with limited supply and huge demand.
