The world is vulnerable in this area, and the question is, how we do it? I would like to see at the end of this some sort of world wide a agreement around siber attack. It could have repercussions that are very significant. Wearee ere busy having a shioty war, doing a bad job. They have made a conscious decision not to do this. The russians have calculated that if we start doing siber attacks, they will respond. And we might not like how they respond. To date, every everyone is surprised at the lack of siber attacks coming out of russia.
