Is That a Dimensionless Constant?

One of the most important dimensionless constant is called the fine structure constant. And if you change that number, then physics changes and effects like how strongly electron pos charne repel each other are affected. Other important ones are ratios of the masses of the particles. We don't know why those numbers are what they are but one possible explanation is: If those numbers were different, who would be here asking that question?
