Are the Police Really Using Every Single Tool Disposable to Them?
Police will be damned if they do and damned if they don't, in these sorts of situations. But we think that the police have got very, very special powers. They can deprive people of their liberty. They can lock them up. And take them off the streets for periods of time. In these violence against women, and girls crimes, we think the police should be absolutely using every single tool disposable to them. That's why they've joined the service. I've not let one police officer that doesn't want to just do a great job on behalf of the public.
