The Judging Mind and the Importance of Being Open
When we are busy judging others, when the mind is doing that, somehow it gives us a sense of a position. To the degree that we can open to our own insecurity so that we don't have the need to be in position, we don'thave the need to solidify a sense of self. The judging mind becomes much less. This fear of insecurity, fear of uncertainty, fear of being open also has tremendous implications for our interpersonal relationships because it doesn’t allow us to be open, to be honest.
