HIV - What's Going on in Uganda?

The roll out of the ring in Uganda seems to have stalled and women are not happy. A march that happened last July in Kampala demanded access to the ring. They were wearing knickers over their trousers which had felt it pen written on them saying put a ring in it. And I spoke to a woman called Shakira Namwanjay who organised the march. Now she's HIV positive and she told me that's what motivates her to help other women and stop them getting HIV.
