Is Black Rock Buying Every Single American Home?

Black rock is an institutional asset manager that happens to run money for pension funds. It's actually everybody's pension plan that's buying these, and you're renting them off yourself. Most americans have been priced out of the housing market but a lot o europeans did too. The reason they're doing it is, again, this issue with e balance, sheep, purchasing power. And i don't think it's a function of black rock being evil. I think it's afunction of pension plans with no yields tring to pay er er retares with that they don't have. As long as you got a roof over your head, that's the biggest problem solved.
