The Impossible Word
It's very easy then to get wrapped up in the political argument one way or the other. No matter how we vote, no matter what medication we take, that's not the call for the preacher. Ezekiel is not called to simply preach the destruction of Jerusalem for political reasons. Not even religious reasons actually. So I'm going to destroy everything. Even your own life. So that the promise can be delivered for you for the forgiveness of sin. And that is not only a hard word. It's an impossible word. Unless the Holy Spirit opens your ears to here.
