The Future of Motorsport
The aim was to give young drivers a chance, because in the top team, you can't go into the top team without any experience. The whole system was a success, and it was not only on the driver's side. We also started with a new approach, we said we would like to do it different. And yeah, and then it was melting together. Junior team from one, everything came together. It was of course perfect with Minati or in the early days, Tor also. There was France those two did his job very well. And looking to the past, we have now fettled his four championships. We have Max, which too hopefully is pretty soon following.
