Younger generation is being fed tribalism, despair, and taggnostic content. There's a very strong financial incentive for this on the internet. One of the most interesting studies that I've seen actually captures this. If you are far away and you consume five-plus hours through stress and anxiety levels, you felt that more stress than someone directly there.
