Fourth Factor of a Stream-Entry

The Buddha says that the third knowledge attained by the stream-entry is seeing on reflection that no other recluse or brahmin outside the Buddha's dispensation is possessed of such a view. I don't quite understand this one unless it means a recognition that right view or perfect vision is not like any other teaching.
