I find it really interesting to be honest because obviously it's about climate change and they've built it on an island and sea levels are rising, right? I don't really understand the premise of it in that sense. It just doesn't scream New York, just architecturally. It doesn't really, it looks blah, like it could be literally built anywhere. That is a sentiment reflected throughout the comments. Brian says does not at all match or compliment the architectural style of the surrounding historic buildings.
