Women's Resistance to Strength Training

There's a lot of push for like home workouts body weight workouts lightweight workouts because they're easy and accessible. So I find women in my kind of target age range like that 25 to 45 you know married with a kid or two or three or four. That's what they're seeing a lot in their social media. And so it's like hey this is accessible this is easy for me to do every day for 30 minutes. Oh, and by the way I just ran half marathon to for fun.
