Is She Paying Income Tax on That?

Every time that's dealer hands her drugs, she's getting $40 in her pocket. She could probably do that a couple times every 20 minutes. So the government is paying confidential informants cash and then they're not paying taxes on it. Maybe if we tax the confidential informants, we could get the national debt down. Or maybe if we don't have to have them at all, we can get the national Debt down. I'm just the dope.
