The Importance of Renting Up

I started to find that people don't put rents up enough when I'm planning, if I've got client with one or two by two let's. When you get further and further away from market rent, it becomes impossible to ever make the gap up. If you're going to have a tougher time as a head, then you kind of want to be investing in stuff that people want and need and have a use for. There is only so much gold; having stuff that is useful and scarce has got to be the way to be positioned for a time like this.
