I've read this somewhere that these innovations technological breakthroughs they are very dramatic but the actual economic effect often isn't felt for 10, 20, 30 years. Could we be making a lot of breakthroughs that we will only see the rewards of five or ten years from now? I think it's certainly possible and by the way in my class I present both of these  and I say I'm agnostic between the two of them.
