The Role of a Host

A host is someone with more responsibility than just a Welcomer or just a greeter. They are there to welcome people from the very first moment they come through the front door and do everything they can to care for them. In addition to our hosts, you'll want some kind of a cafe or food team. You want them to greet people with a smile and serve them food with much joy - not in a grudging way. And kids teams also need to be well-trained on how to deal with new guests at your church.
