Are You a Lay Elder or a Preacher?

Full time ministry does add unique burdens. Many lay elders are very much immersed in ministry and do amazing. I'm trying to take a little bit of weight off guys' shoulders. It's not like if you're 23 thinking, what do I do next? You have to think all the way down the line to your whole lifetime's career.
