How to Build Relationships Among Pastors in Other Cities

I recall one time you've had them all bring their budgets. I think to myself, why don't pastors in other cities all do this? Why is this not common? It seems like such a beneficial thing. Well, historically, there are structures in denominations for this. The Methodists have the conference. The Baptists have their associations. The Presbyterians have their Presbyterians, Sinans. So there are structures but it's a non-denominational day. But what I'm aiming at is the Senior Pastor, the preaching pastor of the church and it's just so easy to do. And when they stop being a Senior Pastor, then they're not in the group anymore.
