Is There a Value to Vengeance?
There's an element of this where striking back at russia could be deterrence. Or there's also anothe for another way we could read it, that would be as vengeance. What is the difference between those two things? We think a more productive strategy would be to acually deter these kind of acts of interference going into the future. But i think you still can the desire for vengeance in te short term with the desire for deterrence in te long term.
