Toll: I think you can connect to people much more when you see more of them, for sure. Email is a bad form of communication and we should clearly indicate in the subject line whether this is something that requires action on my part or if it's just an information letter. i'm not as good as i could be at managing my in boxes and keeping personal things separate from work things. There are various technological solutions that can help but nothing perfect.
