CNN's Fareed Zakaria: Afghanistan could have been a win, but too many were using it for money laundering. He says if we had started out with the original mission and that we called it a day after that mission had been accomplished, you could call that a win. Zakaria: You can't build a nation in a place that there never was a nation to begin with. But I do think that was possible to win in that respect.
