As you get older creating newness is really hard. You have to plan it. So I've changed flipped that model upside down and I get this big calendar I sell it's going to get any event. Once it's on my calendar I fill in all the other stuff fills in around what I want to do. Which is completely different like prioritizing me versus my meetings. But now my one on one trips with my kids. I take one one on one trip with all four of our kids every year.
