We spent a lot of time both with David and then at Parthenon and with the Zelles team building alignment around what would the Go Forward plan be if we were to do this together. This is fundamentally a partnership in making sure that we were fully aligned there, as well as helping share with them, with the red card founders who are still on the board of the business today. And we're investing with theZelles management team ways that we thought that we could be supportive, helpful partners.
