Are You Killing Yourself to Make Your Organs Available?

In the scenario you described though, would just be killing yourself in order to make your organs available, and that's not acceptable. So given that someone has a short time to live, say, it seems to me that not taking a medical treatment would be acceptable. And then if it's also true that not taking the treatment is going to benefit others, that seems acceptable too.
