The Amaeus Road Story
The Amaeus Road story not only gave our church its name, but in and of itself is a master class for those of us wanting to learn to listen to the voice of God. We've got clearly God speaking through the Scriptures; we read that Jesus starting with Moses and the prophets went through this sort of two and a half hour Bible study with the couple on the road to Amaeus. And what we find is that Jesus is teaching the Bible to them in a way that is prophetic.
