When we're starting from scratch, we have to go right back to like the brand personality, the audience, all of that actual strategy. I find that voice often comes out of the personality, makes most sense, right? The brand personality is going to influence the voice and maybe also the audience. It could also be tied to a brand owner's natural speaking style or writing style.
