God's Opposition to Human Institutions

Christians have a hang up with regard to the portrayal of God in your Old Testament, namely God's wrath and aggression. Have you ever thought that there's a sort of irony to the fact that so many Christians have a hang-up? I'm interested in divine opposition constructively too, because a lot of what Miskota and really that whole generation of theologians and what they have in common is a dissonant perspective.
