Focus Mate - Is There Anything You Can Do About It?
Jacobson: I use napping as a tool, but i don't do it every day. When i get to like, one or two o'clock, if i feel myself having trouble focusing on whatever i'm doing at the time, i will just say, ok, enough is enough,. Usuallyi sait a timeer for 35 minutes. He says he has now committed publicly to go on focus mate and do a couple of these sessions. So i'm looking forward to it. We'll be reporting back on that on the next episode.
