The southern scadrons have a very low body temperature and are adapted into that super warm climate. They believe that hell is in the sky because they're like, earth is warm, therefore good. Therefore, hell must be the opposite direction AKA in the sky. In Mistborn Era 1, the planet is wildly too close to the sun. Because of Lord ruler mistakes. That's the whole reason for the ashmounds. Exactly. So they're just hyper capable of surviving basically, you know, a species on Venus or something like that,. And we're about to get there.
