Is There a Difference Between India and the US?

India's demographic dividend is just so rich that it can go in only one direction. If we channelize those people coming into the workforce by upskilling them, I think the future of India is extremely right. But if for some reason, these people are not channelized as far as their right skill is concerned, then you are going to have a very different problem with social unrest. Look at what's happening in Japan, they literally will have to at some stage import more and more demographics because the number of people at certain age and above is so huge.
