How to Build a Positive Culture for Your Workouts
We can educate our athletes more. Our coaches know how to educate our athletes about the stimulus of the workout. If they're educated, you're buying and you're pushed back. It also allows us to be the gatekeepers on these aspects of our foundation. Ensuring we build a positive culture, ensuring that people want to keep coming in those doors. And searching for the thing that we have to offer. We can't offer everything and be good at all of it. We have to understand what it is that we're going to offer and we have to be really, really good at it.
