Employees need to have a conversation about what are the actual expectations, and how are you measuring those things? For me, i think one thing that we talk about a lot at a base camp is a this idea of staying independent. I expect my employe to be ino hitting these particular numbers, or hiring this many people, bringing in this many deals. And the employee is thinking differently, you know, my goals are to gow myself and learn this new things.
