The Gender Pay Gap and the Future of Women

Women's labor force participation rate is at an all time high. Women still don't make as much as men on average, but their weekly earnings are about 85%. The gender pay gap has remained so stubborn that there's a whole infrastructure that starts from grade school to college and university that needs to change.
