Is There a Difference Between Research and Post Approval?

Post approval, if somebody feels like three sessions open them up and they need more therapy, they can get it. In expanded access, we've made it so that the three mdma sess has to happen within eight months. So i think that those problems that we saw with people feeling that they were harmed, i will say that they basically were sayingt not that they wished they hadn't been in the study, but they wished they had more therapy. That's telling to me that the therapy was useful, but it was like an operation that wasn't completed, in a way.
