Professor Monica Atard, co-director of the Center for Media Transition at UTS says Putin is not in control of absolutely everything that we thought he was. In Ukraine, its president Zelensky has chimed in saying that this shows complete chaos in Russia and that the boss of Russia do not actually control anything. And it is terribly sad if what Monica says is true, that next on Putin's agenda would be a show of force against Ukrainians.
