Is There Anything We Can Do About It?
If you look at the number of ople who are not very wealthy, who now just routinely fly. In the 19 seventies, it was a rich person's game but you could get a really nice meal on the plane. I worry that this new confidence, and honestly, a lot of it's on the right, the national servatives. The problem is not so much that they don't believe in markets. It's that they believe in market, that they believe that markets are just bullet proof. They're actually relatively fragile.
